Official Profile

The god of fire and a child of Izanagi and Izanami from Japanese mythology. His flames caused the death of his mother, Izanami, for which an enraged Izanagi cut off his son's head. According to the Kojiki, Hinokagutsuchi's corpse and spilled blood birthed many gods.
