A powerful yokai who had been longed sealed away in Fugen'in Temple's cellar. He has lived for several hundred years and is feared by many yokai. Those who knew him long ago also call him Nagatobimaru. Though he haunts Ushio, promising to eat him the moment he shows an opening, this threat has yet to come to fruition. Tora had ventured into the city to eat people before, but he found himself too repulsed by the smell of their modern-day perfumes, hair products, and jewelry. He is, however, very fond of teriyaki burgers Ushio's friend Mayuko brings by.
